The Runners Heart

Everyone has a heart.  The heart distinguishes between what is needed, wanted, valued, morally accepted, and spiritually thriving.  Though the heart leads many levels of happiness, it also is the prime leader toward sadness, depression, and insanity.
Insanity is not always negative, though it is usually connected to negative contortions of bad outcomes.  Insanity can be the level of dedication it takes to reach ones dreams, or to do what ones heart has always dreamed of doing.  Insanity does not have to be a death grievance attribute that is full of sadness.  Insanity can lead ones feat for a hundred miles through the hills of the countryside.
Something that I find Insane (in a good way) is the ability to run and run and run, however, over a majority of people do not use their body for this privilege.  Running is a part of our human design, yet most people would claim to despise the act of it.  In my experiences, most people understand the importance of running in the world, but most people choose to not participate in it because they see no value or sum of return for investing such time and admiration.  There is a simple outcome of running.  There is Isolation from a constantly filled world, time to breath and think alone, increasing the mana of all-the breathe of life, a beneficial advance in endurance which affects all assets of life, increase circulation to promote a healthy body and mind, the time of day to reflect on God and his spirit.
The spirit of all things possible is a part of our internal dialogue.  This spirit is Gods spirit, which broken off of his spirit lies our spirit.  When we run, we give our spirit a chance to thrive outside of society and its standards.  We resort back to our primal ways by participating in something that was inscribed in our Genome or in our body’s natural human d.n.a.
To run is simply to live.
Flight is something that can be accomplished through manipulation of gravity.  Wings, force, speed, draft, control and contortion of weight, distribution of weight and draft or gliding capabilities form flight.
When we run, we are always grounded, yet we are also pursuing flight in between each step.  Considering we couldn’t glide without the ground under our feet we do not have a choice but to understand closely our relationship with Earth.  Running, is a one on one relationship with our grand creation.  Our creator has given us a gift to step and mingle with the paths and distances that the Earth generates for us.
I often find myself asking questions of why I take part in running.  Why not just lift weights or swim or ride a bike.  Swimming honestly makes a lot of since.  Water is an extremely unique and comprehensible necessity on our planet.  Lifting weights and riding bikes are entirely man made, which is amazing non-the less.  What is being said is that running takes nothing but space.  Open spaces and an open heart can lead a runner for a long time.  Running generates great thoughts, and productive behavior in its users.  In the early years of life, running was the meaning of survival.  In today’s world, “running is some sport that skinny people do.” (View of non-runners)  People do not have to run, because we have vehicles.  We have modes of transportation that take away the importance/significance of running or even walking.  Before vehicles, our brains understood the reliance of other animal’s physical shape and their ability to carry heavier loads.  Humans always seem to be looking for the easy life.  Remote controls, cars, microwaves, technology and its growth, couches, televisions, are all inventions that arise from ideas of how can I make something to allow me to do just a little less.  There are some inventions that establish a chance of survival, and then there are some that are made after survival is endured and an easier method is desired.
In conclusion of these ideas, the meaning is that everyone has something that speaks to them.  Physical nature is not only normal in or minds, it is apparent in our survival.  We have evolved only because our ability to approach a connection with our bodies, and with Earth has coincided.  Offices, Positions, Social structure and status are important and necessary in our time and day, maybe they have been apart of our existence since the beginning too, but they are not what we are all about.  We are poets, artists, professionals, athletes, and charismatic romantics.  People all to often give up on their dreams because those dreams from their youths seem silly to the person they “should ideally become.”  They seem to hold us back from our ability to excel in a professional world.  A professional mindset is nice to have and admired, but remember, that the ego is a material existence.  Life is not all about the material realm, it is about balancing out the necessary, the needed, the morality, the righteous and the wicked, and the personal opinions of each and every person.  Culture can change by driving two blocks in a city, or flying around the world.  We live in a time where the world is growing together.  Our population has grown to such a high level that Earth is just hanging on to being able to mother us.
The sad thing is that large portions of people do not even respect our planet as if it even matters to them.  Many people do not consider the fact that they are privileged to live here, yet they look at it as a burden. Life is truly a blessing in itself, and by searching to deepen it’s meaning on a personal level, we grow in our potential to receive many more blessings.
Do what captivates you, whether it is running a race, painting a picture, reading a book, or climbing a mountain.  Never let others rule your life.  Choose your path and roam the hills with an open heart.
